How Does it Work?

At your initial consultation, we will look at the current condition of your hair and then discuss your desired look. Your answers will help us determine what would work best for you, and then present different options of hair systems and methods. You will be able to try out various hair grades so you can see and feel the difference for yourself. This allows us to provide a better understanding of the different solutions, qualities, and price points of your hair options so you can make an educated decision to achieve your goals.

During the consultation, our hair designers will explain everything and offer suggestions on which method of attachment would best suit you and your lifestyle.

In some cases, your best solution may be in stock! If we have the right hair, color, and texture, you may be able to leave the same day with a full head of hair. If not, it may take a couple of days until a unit is ready for you. It’s important to us that you receive ample information so you can make an educated decision. We never want you to feel pressured — we want you to feel as comfortable and confident as possible when making your decision.

If a customized system is the best fit for you, we’ll create perfectly tailored hair. We use a state-of-the-art, high-tech matrix (mold) that captures the exact contours and measurements of your head in just minutes — similar to taking your fingerprints. We take the time to fully understand what you ultimately want so we can create a hairstyle with specifications that suit your personal needs.
